EVENT Design

Once we have the direction, concept, inspiration, flow and overall feel, it is easy for us to begin sourcing bids for you from our trusted industry partners.  We organize them and ensure all of the contractors are on the same page as to expectation.  Detailed design decks are sent out to ensure expectations are met and a budget is found.  From there we refine and finally implement!

After signing a contract and receiving payment, we will send along a very detailed questionnaire for you to fill out and will also assign a bit of "homework" for you to do so that we can understand the full picture.
once our information is gathered, we choose a design start date. We will choose this so that we are all on the same page as to when we will be presenting each design phase and what the expectations are in regard to timeline and deliverables at each phase of our design process

We always begin by telling the story that we are all most inspired by.  Now that we have gotten to know you, we can begin shaping what your event should look and feel like.  Color and concepts a swell as vision boards of textures and how we want the event to feel.  

The flow of an event is extremely important and we ensure we are not only taking full advantage of the space, but also that we are making it as impactful and beautiful as we can, accenting where needed and placing importance in areas of significance.
